Pirate dentistry.

I don't think pirates would have gone in too much for dental hygene. This was really fun to do, except the skin tone which I have changed at least a million times *sigh*

I loved doing the teeth though, they started pretty normal but then just got progressively worse as I worked on it, hehe.
